01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 8 Wins, a Sports Betting and online casino platform operating under the domain name 8wins.my. This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 8 Wins ("Platform", "We", "Company").

By accessing, registering, logging in to, or using any part of the 8 Wins platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other digital medium — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms & Conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 8 Wins services. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use 8 Wins services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. 8 Wins takes its responsibility to prevent underage access seriously.
• Be a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding agreement within your jurisdiction.
• Not appear on the 8 Wins platform ban list or blacklist, or that of any relevant regulatory body.
• Have a valid, active email address and a reachable Malaysian phone number.
• Not registering solely to abuse promotions or bonuses offered by the platform.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at 8 Wins. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and bonuses without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and current information. 8 Wins reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including a copy of your MyKad or passport, for account verification purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

8 Wins supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All financial transactions on this platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Accepted payment methods:

• E-wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Internet Banking: FPX via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, Public Bank PBe
• Direct transfer: DuitNow

Deposit terms: Minimum deposit is RM 10 for all payment methods. Funds will be credited to your account within 2 to 5 minutes after successful payment confirmation. 8 Wins does not charge any processing fee for deposits, though payment providers may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal terms: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for regular members and faster for VIP members. First-time withdrawals to a new payment method will require additional verification for security purposes.

8 Wins reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraud, money laundering or bonus abuse. In such cases, we reserve the right to request additional supporting documents before approving the withdrawal.

04 Bonus & Promotions Rules

8 Wins offers a variety of promotions and bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, cashback, rebates, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each respective promotional offer.

General bonus terms:

• Each bonus has wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements will be stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once using multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account closure.
• 8 Wins reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through means that violate these terms or through fraudulent activity will be fully voided, including any winnings generated from them.
• Maximum betting limit using bonus funds is RM 50 per round or bet unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.

For the 100% welcome bonus of up to RM 500, your first deposit will be matched 100% as bonus credits. The wagering requirement is 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount. For example, a RM 100 deposit gives you RM 100 in bonus – the total amount to be wagered before withdrawal is permitted is RM 4,000.

05 Betting Rules

All wagering activity on 8 Wins – including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, jackpots, and lottery – is subject to the following betting rules:

• All bets placed and accepted by the system are considered final. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed by the system, except in cases of a technical error acknowledged by 8 Wins.
• For Sports Betting on Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton and e-sports – the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate the payout.
• 8 Wins reserves the right to void any bet where the outcome was known prior to the bet being placed (match fixing or information leakage).
• Bets placed during a technical disruption or at clearly incorrect odds (obvious error) may be voided by 8 Wins.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or sports market will be displayed within the respective game interface.

06 Prohibited User Conduct

To ensure a fair and safe experience for all 8 Wins members, the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure, as well as legal action:

• The use of automation software, bots, scripts or any technical tools to place bets or exploit the 8 Wins system.
• Player collusion at Live Casino baccarat, poker or other game tables to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering through deposits and withdrawals without genuine intent to play.
• Opening multiple accounts or using a false identity or another person's identity without authorisation.
• Exploiting any bug or technical vulnerability in the 8 Wins system for personal gain.
• Any form of threats, harassment or abusive behaviour directed at customer service staff or other members.
• Sharing your account login credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.

8 Wins employs an automated monitoring system and a dedicated risk team that continuously tracks suspicious activity. Any abnormal betting patterns or activity indicating system abuse will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

8 Wins reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failed identity verification (KYC) or refusal to provide requested documents.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member themselves on responsible gambling grounds.
• Inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 8 Wins support team via live chat or email. Any valid remaining balance will be returned after all reviews are completed, subject to the applicable withdrawal terms.

08 Privacy & Data Security

8 Wins is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data security of all members. The collection, use and storage of your personal data is governed by the 8 Wins Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

09 Liability Limit

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses, even if 8 Wins has been informed of the possibility of such losses.

8 Wins' maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

8 Wins reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page unless otherwise stated.

We will endeavour to notify members of material changes through:

• An in-account notification upon your next login.
• Email sent to the address registered with your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising will first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through arbitration based in Malaysia.
